Our Villa Vista Mar y Golf is situated in a prominent position in Nova Santa Ponsa. This location offers not only fantastic views, from the sea to the golf course, but also an exclusive neighbourhood. It is also interesting that the whole neighbourhood has already been built and on the one hand you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The technology also meets the highest standards. We do not use any fossil fuels and equip the entire villa with floor heating via air heat pump combined with photovoltaic. In addition also an air conditioning system, which can be used for cooling and heating. Due to the excellent insulation we achieve the status of a passive house.
In addition, the villa is created as a Smart Home (domotic), which allows you to control your villa in various functions.
The garden area conveys an atmosphere of peace and quiet. Here we have chosen a self-cleaning saltwater pool, which is embedded in Mediterranean plants.
