Our Villa Vista Mar y Golf is situated in a prominent position in Nova Santa Ponsa. This location offers not only fantastic views, from the sea to the golf course, but also an exclusive neighbourhood. It is also interesting that the whole neighbourhood has already been built and on the one hand you can enjoy the peace and quiet. On the other hand, however, only short ways to the high-class catering trade, or shopping possibilities find. This location guarantees you a year-round usability.

The core of the house was completed in 1998 and was in excellent condition. According to today's needs, however, it no longer met all requirements. Now we are renovating this property from the ground up and developing it into a villa that is second to none. From a villa with a pointed roof, we are now developing a villa with a roof terrace, on which we are building approx. 200 m² usable area. On this roof terrace there is also a summer kitchen with all fittings, not only to enjoy the sun to the fullest, but also to cook until well after sunset and enjoy the Mediterranean way of life. Furthermore we build a pre-installed connection for a Jacuzzi and also pergola shades.

Below this, on the upper floor of the villa, is the main living area of approx. 240 m². Here you will find the large lounge, consisting of the entire living/dining area with a luxury kitchen by Leicht valued at € 50,000, the library and the spacious master bedroom with open bath en suite and large dressing room. An additional storage room and the guest toilet complete this living area.

On the ground floor there are three more bedrooms. One of them also has a large bathroom ensuite. Here on the ground floor, you enter the Villa Vista Mar y Golf through a generous portal into an open hall and find a light-flooded villa directly in front of you. A glazed bodega to the left, opposite an open staircase up to the roof terrace and a glazed wellness area. The entire villa is furnished with first-class materials. The floors are in cream coloured natural stone, which leaves a noble and stylish impression due to its texture. All interior doors will be custom made and ceiling-high in sanded oak. We also use this first-class material for all wardrobes and dressing rooms. The windows are equipped with high quality fittings and electric blinds. Here we will install approx. 90% of the windows at floor level and ceiling high. Partially we round off the colour concept with natural stone clad elements.

The technology also meets the highest standards. We do not use any fossil fuels and equip the entire villa with floor heating via air heat pump combined with photovoltaic. In addition also an air conditioning system, which can be used for cooling and heating. Due to the excellent insulation we achieve the status of a passive house.

In addition, the villa is created as a Smart Home (domotic), which allows you to control your villa in various functions.

The garden area conveys an atmosphere of peace and quiet. Here we have chosen a self-cleaning saltwater pool, which is embedded in Mediterranean plants.

Completion of Villa Mar y Golf is scheduled for April 2020.
